Please add in any and all information regarding delivery and delivery time. Do you have a gate code? Do you want the balloons placed in a specific location? If ordering a custom garland, email pics of location, length/size you need and inspo pics.

Balloon Order

If ordering a yard balloon, please water the grass. It will make installation go much more smoothly.

Characters

Please specify the number(s), letter(s), or symbol. We have on occasion made custom designs like a snowflake, peace sign, etc. Email us and we can chat.

Balloon Colors

Please specify balloon color(s), patterns, sequence, design if you are wanting something specific. Themed? Let us know that as well. Note that gold, print, metallic, silver, chrome, theme or custom colors will have additional cost. If you want us to match a specific design email us your inspo pic.

Special Occasion

Please specify the occasion (birthday, graduation, anniversary, etc, as well as male, or female. If you are having a party, please indicate party start time.

Balloon Location

Where are we placing the balloons. Please note that we do charge extra for backyard and other locations.

Does your event location require same day pick up?

Add'l cost will apply. We need to know exact time the location will let us set up and when we need to come back for our structures. Please note we do not come back for certain garlands unless they are attached to one of our structures.
